HIIT CLASSES: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes the alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity. HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule—whether you want to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event.

ZUMBA: Zumba classes are taught by licensed instructors by Zuma Fitness. The exercises  incluse music with fast and slow rhythms. The music comes from todays hip hop, pop and other styles.

FITNESS on Demand - Offers a wide range of classes for all ages, you can take a private or group fitness classe. YES, it offers members the opportunity to perform these classes in private “1on1" sections in the virtual studio. 

The FITNESS on Demand kiosk is a sleek, enterprise-grade touchscreen computer that is wall-mounted out side of our studio. It offers a user friendly interface design for all ages.
